01 · Data Pokfu handles

What the app stores

To provide its features, Pokfu may store the Moodle site address and account tokens you enter, along with course data, events, reminders, preferences, and files you choose to download. This information is stored locally on your device.

Pokfu does not include advertising, analytics, a hosted user database, or a data-broker integration in this distribution. The app does not sell personal information.

02 · Network and sharing

Where information goes

Pokfu connects directly to the Moodle host you configure. Your login and course requests are sent to that host so Moodle can authenticate you and return the information you request. Moodle administrators may process or retain activity under their own policies.

Downloaded files stay on your device unless you explicitly share or open them with another app. Pokfu may open external links you select, such as a Moodle page or the project repository. Those destinations have their own privacy practices.

03 · Your choices

Access, deletion, and notifications

You can stop using Pokfu at any time. Sign out where available, clear the app's stored data or cache, and delete the app to remove locally stored account and course information. Your Moodle administrator may still retain records on the Moodle service.

Reminders and notifications are local app features. You can disable notification permission in your device settings without deleting your Moodle account.

04 · Children

Designed for general use

Pokfu is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a hosted service.

05 · Changes

Keeping this policy current

If Pokfu adds analytics, advertising, payments, cloud storage, or another data processor, this policy will be updated before that feature is used. The effective date at the top will change when the policy changes.
